What does the app do?

Learn to Feel helps you develop emotional intelligence by connecting body sensations to emotions. You select body areas, describe sensations, and the app helps you track sensations, explore possible emotions, and try gentle grounding exercises.

Is this a medical app?

No. Learn to Feel is an educational tool for developing emotional awareness and self-reflection. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses or treatment.

Do you collect personal data?

No. All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information.

How can I delete my data?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete All Data". This will permanently remove all your check-ins and practices from your device.

What do confidence indicators mean?

Confidence indicators show how well each emotion matches your body sensations based on your input. They are suggestions to explore, not diagnoses.

Troubleshooting

App won't open

Try restarting your device. If the issue persists, reinstall the app from the App Store.

Language toggle not working

Restart the app after changing language. The setting should persist.

Missing content / practices not loading

Ensure you have the latest version installed. Go to Settings > Reset App Data if content seems corrupted.

Report a Problem

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • iOS version (e.g., iOS 17.2)
  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 14)
  • App version (found in Settings)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
